Where do you ship to?

Currently we only ship within the UK.

We are looking at shipping internationally in the future.

How long does shipping take?

We normally ship all our orders through Royal Mail and dispatch within 2 working days. We currently send post out on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Most items will fit through your letterbox, so no need to wait in to receive them.

Standard 2nd Class Postage will normally be delivered within 3 days after dispatch and 1st Class Postage is normally 1 - 2 working days.

Please note that we cannot guarantee and exact delivery date due to situations beyond our control.

Can I return my order?

Yes of course!

We always hope that you love your items that we have created (As much as we do!) however if for any reason they are not suitable or you didn't get around to using them, please get in touch with you order number and reason for return and we can get it sorted for you.

All we ask is that you contact us within 30 days of receiving them and that they are in an unused, resalable condition. You the buyer are responsible for the return costs (Unless there is a fault).

Refunds will be based on the original total order value, minus postage upgrade costs. Refunds will be made in the same way as original payment was made.

If the product returned is not in a fully resalable condition or the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item.

PLEASE NOTE: Any item that has been personalised cannot be returned (As they are made especially for you) unless of course they are faulty.
